Description:

Building Dreams
is the story of how Rick Ingalsbe got involved with making Patrick Read Johnson's movie, 5-25-77. Rick was initially asked to contribute one model for a scene that recreated 1977 Industrial Light & Magic during the making of Star Wars. Running with the opportunity that began in 2005, his contributions were many, lasting 17 years until the film's release in 2022. He did it all with no prior movie-making experience. With a foreword from Patrick Read Johnson, Rick tells his inspirational story with enthusiastic and exciting detail.
Rick is an associate producer, an art director, and a model maker for 5-25-77. His work on the production also includes creating a website and promotional appearances, and he is in the film, portraying an ILM/Future General crew member.
