TV movie, originally screened on the ABC network.
Based on Orson Welles’ dramatized radio broadcast of The War of the Worlds,
in turn based on the novel H. G. Wells,
broadcast as part of the CBS Radio series The Mercury Theatre on the Air on October 30, 1938.
Music by Frank Comstock.
